12:12 I am RAW. I spent almost the entirety of the day sitting with, feeling and integrating my emotions. This consisted mostly of crying from deep dark spaces within me. Allowing myself to be honest and completely vulnerable with myself has been difficult. There are so many layers to self awareness. I founds so many beliefs created out of self defense that have been keeping me from building deeper connections with myself and others. I am only beginning to scratch the surface. When I would become uncomfortable I would exercise to release the feeling, do surface level work that solved the feeling temporarily or distract myself completely. Today I realized that I have been abandoning myself when I have moments of deep raw feelings. I haven’t been fully present to completely understand and integrate that emotion. I was attempting to heal it, which implies something was wrong with it, when in actuality... no feeling is wrong. Having deep emotions that are unsettling are not wrong and they don’t need to be healed. Why I don’t need or want to astral travel anymore. Bi-location is where it’s at!

During astral travel the soul leaves the body to explore other realms and dimensions. I know you have heard about souls taking over bodies, so obviously having a 3D body is extremely sought after. Our bodies and all of the experiences we have in them are extremely powerful. One of the reasons I choose to no longer leave my body is because I don’t want anything else to have the opportunity use it. This is the least of my concerns in regards to out of body experiences. I have also used astral travel as a form of escapism rather than dealing with a present emotion or situation. For example I would go into meditation when I was feeling really “off” and just leave for a little while to take a break. I’m going to use an analogy to clarify my perspective. Say you surfing the internet and you see a picture of an amazing beach, it’s pure paradise. You can imagine the breeze blowing through the palm trees and the warm gritty sand between your toes while the sun beams down on your head and shoulders. This picture invokes feelings of relaxing and serenity. You scroll on, feeling a little more at peace than before. Now I want you remember actually PHYSICALLY being at the beach. If you could choose to literally go there and be able to utilize all of your senses to fully capture the experience, wouldn’t you prefer that? It is not the same to look at a brochure for a beach vacation vs actually going there. Do you see what I’m getting at? Looking at a picture of an ocean can be soothing, but actually being in the healing salt water supported by nature herself is a much deeper and healing experience. We are able to experience other dimensions and realms while staying in our bodies, we are able to go into the depths of ourselves and learn and heal things beyond our wildest dreams. Once we commit to this level of healing, there will be no more discomfort to avoid. No “outside” peace to seek.
